Continued prayers. To not avoid pain, we often minimize, justify, and deny. But you deserve better. I pray someday that you see your value. 🧡 (sent in much love)
Thank you, Julie. I appreciate your prayers. I do see my value, but I understand your comment. I am thankful for how God continues to redeem the challenges. Thanks, my friend, and thank you for the work you do to help women in hard situations.
I love Valentine’s Day! I’m one who loves the cute card and gift. Usually chocolate and flowers! But the daily expressions of love is what really counts. When he puts wool socks on my cold feet or I make sure he has his weekend snacks of chips and salsa. We thrive and survive together daily because of the tiny thoughtful gestures not the dozen roses or box of nuts & chews from See’s candy store.
That's great, Penny. I enjoy Valentine's Day, too, but for my husband holidays are un-celebrated if he has any say in the matter. However, he's great about the thoughtful gestures on a day to day basis. I love your examples. Warm socks, weekend salsa and chips, and I sure agree with you.
I'm thankful that our foundation is solid in Christ. It's so true that as humans, we don't always handle things so well, but as long as He is the center of our relationship and home, we are held fast in His love, and we have so much to give thanks for. A cord of three strands is not easily broken, right? You're a builder, so your words of encouragement mean even more. Thank you.

Loved reading this! ❤️
So glad. Sometimes I have to laugh at our childishness!!
You have built your home, as well as your marriage on the Rock - storms may come and go, but your love for one another will never crumble!
